Headache
A thrombing , drilling, or piercing headache is the hallmark sign of a migraine attack.
The headache usually lasts for about four hours to 72 hours. There are times when the pain feels mild, but it’s often severe and most people describe it as feeling like having an icepick drilling into the head. It usually starts on one side of your head before spreading to the other.
